Welcome to Beresford Consultancy & Training Ltd
We are a coaching & training consultancy organisation based in the South West of England working with businesses, charities and education.
We are expert at developing sustainable coaching cultures within individuals, teams, groups and organisations.

We offer

  • Bespoke 1-to-1 Coaching for personal growth & change, and Organisational Change that always delivers measurable results.
  • We deliver business training and webinars for small to medium enterprises (SMEs)
  • We specialise in Equalities and Diversity ( E&D) training
  • We train leadership and governance in E&D to ensure compliance to overseeing bodies (eg Ofsted, CQC, Housing, Health & Safety)
  • We offer SMART  support to enable organisations put policy into practice .

In addition to the above our motivational workshops in schools and colleges specifically promote a greater understanding of equality and diversity. Our main workshops cover the themes of Black History and Role Models. These embrace the Modern British Values, particularly of tolerance and respect.

BCT also works in partnership with other organisations or individuals for events that promote diversity and a celebration of humanity.

• To engage with organisations over a set period of time to implement organisational change in specific areas. ( 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months , ongoing….)
• To deliver programmes and strategies which improve organisational outcomes.
• To assist organisations prepare for audits and inspections
• To train and motivate staff (behaviour modification)
• To help organisations and staff plan their workload to achieve their goals & outcomes
